A good canapé sets the tone for the whole event. It’s the first thing your guests taste, so I give every one the same attention as a plated dish: real flavour, the right size for one or two bites, and finished by hand to look as good as it tastes. From elegant tartlets to sushi and edible flowers, I create canapé menus for drinks receptions, launches, weddings and parties, served fresh and with care.
